Dear Guests,

Welcome to our salon! We are committed to providing our services in a calm, relaxing, and professional environment. The purpose of the following House Rules is to ensure that all our guests enjoy high-quality service and a peaceful experience.
Please read carefully and observe the guidelines below:

1. Appointments and Arrival
• Appointments can be booked in person, by phone, or online (link).
• Please arrive on time, ideally 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Being punctual ensures your treatment can be completed in full.
• If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Cancellations and Changes
• In case of late arrival, the treatment duration may be shortened or cancelled — we reserve the right to cancel appointments if you are more than 20 minutes late.
• Unfortunately, we cannot extend treatment times if you are late.
• For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows, we will charge 100% of the service fee, which must be settled at your next visit.
• In case of repeated cancellations or missed appointments, we may request a deposit in advance.

3. Companions and Children
• We kindly ask you to come alone if possible, to maintain a calm and undisturbed environment for all guests.
• Only the guest currently receiving treatment may remain in the treatment room.
• Please bring children only if absolutely necessary, and only if they can remain quiet throughout the visit.
• Pets (dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, etc.) are not allowed in the salon for hygiene reasons.

4. Hygiene and Conduct
• Please observe hygiene rules throughout the salon.
• Our salon prioritizes peace and relaxation.
• Kindly speak softly, especially when other guests are in treatment.
• Please keep your mobile phone on silent or turned off to respect others’ relaxation.
• Always treat our staff with politeness and respect — they are here to take care of you.
• Bringing in and consuming food in the guest area is not allowed.

5. Health Condition
• Please only attend your appointment if you are in good health.
• We do not perform treatments in cases of contagious skin conditions, fever, or active herpes.
• We follow strict hygiene protocols and disinfect all tools after each guest.

6. Payment
• We accept both cash and card payments.
• Products used during treatments are available for purchase at the reception — feel free to ask our staff for assistance.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. For services, they are only redeemable with the specific cosmetician named on the voucher, until the expiry date.
• Product gift vouchers are also valid for 6 months and can be redeemed exclusively at Ilcsi Szépségmanufaktúra.

7. General Information
• While in the salon, please take care of the furniture and keep the area clean.
• In case of rule violations, disturbing other guests, or disrespecting our staff, we reserve the right to refuse service.

8. Data Protection
• We treat all personal data confidentially and use it solely for providing services and maintaining communication.

9. Guest Satisfaction
• We do our best to ensure you leave feeling refreshed and satisfied.
